You will work as a Customer Care Officer for a production company active in the food sector.
What you do
- Support Account Managers
- Manage client portfolios as a point of contact for operational questions
- Manage the entire order process, from order entry to delivery and follow-up
- Follow up on quotes, client documentation, invoices, credit notes, promotions, and product launches
- Daily contact with clients
- Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, and Production teams
What they ask
- At least 6 years of experience with SAP
- Fluent in Dutch, English
- Knowledge of SAP is a must
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
