• Perform socio-educational work in line with the service's project.
• Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of the supported individuals.
• Accompany residents in daily life activities.
• Organize internal and external activities in connection with the beneficiaries.
• Develop and monitor individualized educational projects.
• Update and monitor files.
• Participate in interviews with families and social partners.
• Monitor the schooling of young people.

What they ask

• Diploma:
• Bachelor's degree in specialized education, or
• CESS with a pedagogical, social, or paramedical orientation.
• Variable schedule: services during the day, in the evening, at night, during the week, on weekends, and public holidays.
• Skills:
• Possess qualities specific to an educator: team spirit, good relational skills, ease of communication and expression, listening, empathy, adaptability, neutrality, discretion, respect for the ideological and religious convictions of residents.
• Ensure good communication with the beneficiary and their entourage, hierarchical superiors, colleagues, and the network.
• Respect ethical rules: professional secrecy, service values, and rules.
• Work precisely and rigorously, autonomously.
• Possess good pedagogical, management, and animation skills.
• Demonstrate initiative and creativity in the realization of projects and activities.
• Possess analytical skills and be able to propose courses of action.

• Assets:
• Possess experience recognized by a relevant public authority or in youth assistance.
• Hold a category B driving license.
