You will work within an integrated team of a joint public body that offers support to residents of multiple municipalities.
- The activities are an integral part of regular operations and require full integration into the organization.
- You will participate in internal meetings and work under the daily guidance of the responsible manager.
What you do
- Conduct intake interviews with new clients in collaboration with the Income Client Manager.
- Guide, motivate, and stimulate clients in their trajectory aimed at social participation or sustainable employment.
- Apply the Integrative Behavior Model (IBM) and Stress-Sensitive Service (SSS) methods.
- Engage external parties where necessary and manage procured trajectories.
- Report and make decisions in a client registration system.
- Contribute ideas with colleagues and in project working groups.
What they ask
- Minimum HBO bachelor's degree level.
- Minimum 4 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 7 years as a client manager for work at a municipality or joint public body.
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience in guiding, motivating, and stimulating the target group of the Participation Act.
- Demonstrable work experience in conducting intake interviews.
- Demonstrable work experience with guidance in accordance with IBM and/or SSS.
- Demonstrable work experience with the client registration system Suite.
