Test Analyst

• Contribute to the test strategy required to validate the quality of product developments and compliance with client requirements, and ensure its application.
• Design, develop, and execute test plans.
• Document and track identified bugs.
• Provide meticulous reporting of identified bugs.
• Interact with the project team and contribute to synchronization meetings.
• Act as a key contact for the client and follow up on specific requests.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or equivalent by experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Test Analyst.
• Structured, rigorous with an analytical and critical mind.
• Experience in the insurance sector or a similar environment.
• Appreciates technical aspects and implements a pragmatic approach.
• Autonomous and curious, dares to take initiatives and is open to learning new technologies.
• Communicative, able to interact with different types of stakeholders at both business and technical levels.
• Enjoys teamwork and easily manages stressful situations.

• Good understanding of AI technologies and their uses in an IT environment.
• Proficiency in French.

Desired.

• Proficiency in one or more of the following technologies is a plus (unmastered technologies will need to be learned):
• Test tools: Jira, Xray, Robot Framework
• SQL, DB2, XML/JSON
• Practice of English.
• ISTQB certification is a strong asset.
