Assistant Store Manager

• You are responsible for one of two specializations: Process & Goods Processing or Customer & Commerce.
• You lead the Process & Goods Processing department (if specialized in this area).
• You lead colleagues in the fresh produce and checkout departments (if specialized in Customer & Commerce).
• You work with the team to achieve goals and celebrate successes together.
• You stimulate colleagues and give them freedom to think about their department and the store.
• You develop team members and foster collaboration.
• You ensure the branch achieves set goals (revenue, shrinkage, customer and employee satisfaction).
• You empower colleagues and utilize their talents, for example by involving a colleague in the store's social media.
• You are an entrepreneur who identifies and seizes opportunities, for example by adding local products or contributing to a local initiative.
• You are happy to get hands-on and also support the team operationally.
• You are responsible for optimal team staffing, development interviews, and the recruitment of new colleagues.
