What you do
- You support participants in carrying out various activities.
- You guide individual participants.
- You support and stimulate participants in their daily program, which is part of the guidance plan.
What they ask
- Diploma in Personal Counselor Social Care (MZ) level 4.
- Experience in the field of unpredictable behavioral changes.
- Work experience within mental healthcare (GGZ) is a plus.
- You are resilient and stand firm.
- You are able, together with colleagues, to make a positive contribution to the day activities of the participants.
- Development opportunities are available for experienced VIG'ers to become Personal Counselors.
