Within a specialized healthcare institution, to strengthen a nursing department primarily caring for chronic patients, a challenging project is available. As a project nurse, you will reinforce an existing team in a specialized department. You will be responsible for daily nursing care and actively contribute to an optimal patient experience.
What you will do.
- Provide quality nursing care to patients with gastrointestinal disorders
- Observe, report, and monitor the health status of patients
- Perform technical nursing procedures
- Correctly register and follow up on patient files via HIX
- Collaborate with doctors, colleagues, and other healthcare providers
- Independently set priorities and take initiative where necessary
Profile
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in nursing
- Experience in a hospital setting
- Knowledge of HiX is a strong asset
- Experience in Gastroenterology is a plus
- Familiar with the operations of a large healthcare institution
- Technically strong and accurate in your work
- Able to function independently within an existing department
- Proactive attitude and sense of responsibility
- Available for employment of at least 80%
