As a Project Consultant, you will work on a project basis with a permanent contract for various organizations. This vacancy offers a lot of variety, as a project typically lasts 3 to 12 months. The job content and sector change with each assignment. You will be part of a secondment company and have a front-row seat in a growing team in Belgium. In this first project, lasting a minimum of 3 months, you will work as an HR Officer at a growth-oriented organization where quality, service, and experience are central.
What you will do.
- You manage the entire recruitment process from A to Z and actively clear backlogs
- You maintain contact with candidates and hiring managers and ensure a smooth flow
- You support payroll processing and follow up on personnel administration
- You structure HR processes, monitor priorities, and ensure clear reporting
- You act as a point of contact for various HR-related questions from employees and managers

- You are fluent in Dutch, French
- You easily switch between software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel
