You will join an organization that is modernizing its identity and access management (IAM).
- The focus is on Entra ID (Azure AD) configuration, user and group management, and aligning access policies with business standards.
- You will advise on role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC), help phase out legacy IAM systems, and ensure that authentication and authorization work securely and user-friendly.
- As an interim role, this offers you a lot of ownership: you will see quick results and build a sustainable IAM strategy.
What you do
- Configure, maintain, and scale the Entra ID environment for organization-wide adoption
- Automate user, group, and license management via PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API
- Design and test Conditional Access policies for strong authentication without user friction
- Implement RBAC models and link access to business roles and departments
- Manage integrations between Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory (Hybrid Identity)
- Facilitate access reviews and ensure compliance with internal access governance policies
- Write technical documentation and train teams in IAM processes and best practices
- Investigate and resolve account access incidents

What they ask
- Proven experience with Entra ID / Azure AD in production environments
- Strong knowledge of Conditional Access, MFA, and authentication methods
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API for IAM automation
- Understanding of RBAC and access governance principles
- Communication skills: you can explain technical IAM concepts to non-IT stakeholders
Preferences.
- Experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar IAM platforms
- Familiarity with Hybrid Identity (on-prem AD ↔ Entra ID synchronization)
- Experience with governance tools like Sailpoint Governance or Microsoft Compliance Manager
- CISSP or CISM certification
