Contract Manager infrastructural works

• Determine the course for contract management within one or more medium-sized projects, such as assignments within the framework contract for civil engineering structures or rehabilitation measures.
• Ensure that contracts are well-prepared and successfully concluded.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and liaise with engineering firms as the primary point of contact.
• Organize tenders and play a key role in collaboration with contractors during execution.
• Maintain an overview, adjust where necessary, and ensure agreements are met.
• Actively contribute to the development of contract management, think about improvements in standard contracts, share knowledge, and professionalize work processes.
• Work on themes such as sustainability, innovation, and new forms of collaboration.

What they ask

• HBO or academic working and thinking level, at least an HBO diploma.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of contract management.
• Experience with UAV-GC contracts and system-oriented contract management.
• Knowledge of or affinity with the world of infrastructure and civil engineering is a plus.
