Now it's time for the next step: making the systems even smarter. As an Application Manager / Business Applications Specialist, you will have ample opportunity to contribute ideas, implement improvements, and discover new possibilities. Together with your IT colleagues, you will ensure that the systems function optimally.
You will help colleagues with application questions, work on smart automation, and explore how AI can improve processes. You will work closely with colleagues from various departments (stores, logistics, finance, purchasing, and e-commerce) and external IT partners. The focus is on improving, innovating, and smartly utilizing data and technology.
What you do
- Manage and improve key systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, LS Retail, and a warehouse system.
- Make processes smarter and easier with Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Discover opportunities to deploy AI and help colleagues develop smart AI agents.
- Actively contribute ideas for improvements and translate them into practical solutions.
- Test new functions and updates to ensure systems continue to work well.
- Investigate and resolve malfunctions, together with IT partners.
- Monitor the quality, performance, and reliability of applications.
- Advise colleagues on the possibilities of the Microsoft platform.
- Be part of the IT team and collaborate with the Teamlead Applications.

What they ask
- Three to five years of experience as an application manager or consultant.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a similar ERP system.
- Knowledge of LS Retail or willingness to delve into it.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, or Power Apps, or the desire to develop further in this area.
- Experience with AI and developing agents that support work processes.
Desired.
- Knowledge of logistics, retail, supply chain, or data warehouses is a plus.
