- You guide clients in group homes, studios, or apartments.
- Sometimes you support day activities.
- Always with attention to peace, structure, and well-being.
- You guide clients with their daily routines.
- You ensure a calm and pleasant evening.
- You work early, late, or weekend shifts, depending on the schedule.
- You build trust and make a visible and valuable contribution.
Profile
- Completed MBO-4 or HBO healthcare diploma (required), for example, Social Care, Social Work, SPH, Nursing.
- You are resilient.
- You adapt quickly and professionally.
- Work experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
- A diploma is necessary for independent and professional deployment.
