As a P&C Generalist, you play an important role within an organization in the Netherlands, where you support approximately 250 employees across seven locations. You ensure that HR processes run efficiently and carefully and are the first point of contact for both employees and managers. In this versatile role, you combine operational HR tasks with an advisory role.
Thanks to your proactive, hands-on mentality, you effortlessly switch between various activities and actively contribute to a professional, well-organized, and pleasant working environment. You report directly to the P&C Manager and work closely with the P&C Business Partner and the other colleagues within the People & Culture team.
What you do
- You provide accurate and efficient HR administration, including personnel changes and administrative processes.
- You are the first point of contact for HR questions from employees and ensure clear and timely communication.
- You support and advise managers on topics such as absenteeism, recruitment, performance, and talent development.
- Together with a colleague, you guide the absenteeism process. You monitor progress, maintain contact with the company doctor, analyze absenteeism figures, and contribute ideas for improvement initiatives.
- You provide input for HR reports and actively contribute to various HR projects.
- You support the P&C Manager and the P&C Business Partner with various operational and tactical HR activities.

- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English
