Guide young people aged 13 to 18 in their personal development, independence, and activities.
- Provide 24/7 guidance so that young people can live independently from the age of 18 in a reception center, their country of origin, or in the Netherlands.
What you will do.
- Organize group activities such as cooking, sports, or creative pursuits.
- Act as a shadow mentor when necessary for complex cases and conduct methodical discussions.
- Perform room checks and provide information.
- Work closely in morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
- Participate in regular meetings and intervision discussions.
What they ask
- Minimum of a completed MBO level 4 education in an agogic field (e.g., Social Work, Personal supervisor social care, Supervisor specific target groups, or Pedagogical employee).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of methodical guidance and intercultural communication.
- Availability for day, evening, night, and weekend shifts (night shifts are always waking shifts).

Practical
- Salary: € 3,392.30 - € 4,616.05 gross per month (based on 36 hours), including irregular hours allowance and annual salary growth.
- Initial one-year contract, with the possibility of a permanent contract.
- Secondary benefits: travel allowance (€0.25/km), individual choice budget (18% of annual salary), pension scheme, career budget, vitality hours.
- Vacation leave: 144 hours (full-time) + option to purchase 26 additional hours.
- Career budget of 1.5% of monthly salary for training or education.
- Pre-employment screening: Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) application, diploma and certificate verification, identity check.
