Technical Business Analyst

• Analyze business processes, systems, and information needs.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and functional designs.
• Help stakeholders clarify objectives, priorities, and expectations.
• Support teams in optimizing processes and implementing appropriate digital solutions.
• Map processes, information flows, and dependencies using models, diagrams, and workflow descriptions.
• Manage and structure requirements and product backlogs.
• Contribute to the improvement of existing systems and processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties on change projects and digital initiatives.
• Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within projects and teams.

What they ask

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Approximately 2 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Information Analyst, Functional Analyst, or in a comparable role.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with user stories, backlog management, and refinements.
• Experience with process modeling, BPM, UML, workflows, or similar techniques.
• Ability to analyze complex information and make it understandable for various target groups.
• Enjoys collaborating with stakeholders, users, and development teams.
• Communicates clearly in both Dutch and English.
• Works in a structured manner and has an eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.

Nice to have.

• Knowledge of Business or Enterprise Architecture.
• Familiarity with TOGAF.
• Certifications such as IREB, BABOK (IIBA), BiSL, ITIL, ISQI (CABA), or BCS.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access, SQL, or other data sources.
• Experience within the public sector, financial services, or manufacturing industry.
• Experience with stakeholder management, workshops, or consulting projects.
