This temporary assignment involves a Quality Manager / Responsible Person who will be responsible for leading a Quality team of 6 colleagues. You will be ultimately responsible for the site, ensuring that all activities are carried out in compliance. You will report to the BeNeLux Quality Manager.
You will work within an international group specializing in collaboration with pharmaceutical, diagnostic, and medical device organizations worldwide, supplying hospitals, wholesalers, pharmacists, doctors, and child and family services.
What you will do.
- Lead the Quality Team of 6 people as a people manager.
- Ultimately responsible for GxP compliance and ISO standards.
- Responsible for an effective quality management system for GxP activities, including tracking deviations, CAPA, complaints, self-inspections, and annual controls.
- Ultimately responsible for ensuring that distribution activities are in line with GDP legislation.
- Provide GDP training and guidance.
- Prepare reports for clients and management, and participate in client meetings if necessary.
Profile
- Master's degree in Industrial Pharmacist, industrial pharma, chemistry, biochemistry, or similar, qualifying you to work as a Responsible Person.
- Recognized as a Responsible Person or eligible to obtain this recognition.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality-related work environment in GxP.
- First leadership experience and proven people management skills.
- Hands-on motivator capable of working autonomously.
