HR Consultant

A technology company is looking for an enthusiastic and independent HR consultant to strengthen its HR team. In this role, you will ensure that HR processes run smoothly and provide advice on operational HR topics. You will be responsible for correct personnel administration, monitor the quality of HR processes, and be involved in achieving HR goals.

Together with your HR colleagues, you will work on various parts of the employee journey, including inflow, throughflow, and outflow, absence administration, personnel changes, recruitment & selection, and HR projects. You will identify areas for improvement, contribute to more efficient working methods, and help continuously improve HR processes. The HR team consists of an HR Teamlead, HR Business Partner, and HR employee and is part of the Business Support department.

What you will do. Your diverse task package focuses on personnel administration, HR services, and process improvement:

• Manage and monitor the quality and completeness of personnel files.
• Process and verify personnel data in HR systems, including Nmbrs, and ensure correct administration of employee data.
• Support salary processing and control activities.
• Advise on issues related to personnel regulations, employment conditions, and HR procedures.
• Answer HR-related questions from managers and employees and ensure they receive the correct information in a timely manner.
• Contribute to HR projects and assist in achieving HR goals.
• Identify areas for improvement within HR processes and actively contribute ideas on how to further improve services.
