A group practice for psychology-psychotherapy is looking for a driven psychologist or orthopedagogue to shape adult trajectories within the practice, based on a long-term and relational vision. You will be part of a team that believes in thorough, relational psychotherapy, taking the time to explore underlying patterns and sustainable change. There is room for your own therapeutic approach within a safe practice structure with intercollegiate consultation and genuine connection.
What you will do.
- Guide adults (and possibly couples) with various psychological issues, with an eye for depth and sustainable change.
- Independently manage your agenda and files, in close cooperation with the practice structure.
- Maintain warm and professional contacts with referrers.
- Actively participate in monthly team meetings and intervision sessions.
What they ask
- Possess a Master's degree in clinical psychology or clinical orthopedagogy, and be eligible for visa legislation (KB 78).
- Have completed a four-year therapy training (focused on adults) or start one in the very short term.
- Affinity with experiential, client-centered work or a deeper relational framework.
- Willingness to reflect honestly and openly on your own actions and to collaborate in a team.
- Activities are carried out as a self-employed person in a main or secondary occupation.
- Commitment of at least 1 half-day per week (preferably in the afternoon/evening block between 2 PM and 10 PM). Expansion is possible in the long term, as well as working on Saturdays.

- A fixed practice location equipped with modern, quiet furnishings and all necessary materials.
- A stable, organic flow of adult referrals from the practice.
- Joint publicity, start-up support, and a well-maintained referral network.
- A unique balance between autonomous work (complete freedom in your therapeutic frameworks and agenda within your hours) and warm guidance from the coordinator and colleagues (via intervision, team meetings, and collegial support).
- Use of all common facilities (waiting room, reception, kitchen/meeting room, printer, wifi, etc.).
