You play a key role in supporting people facing complex challenges such as psychiatric issues, addiction, or a mild intellectual disability. Together with a dedicated team, you work recovery-oriented and help participants gradually regain control over their lives. The position is within a protected living facility that offers intensive guidance and a stable, safe environment where participants can work on their recovery.
The approach is based on recovery-oriented care, with individual guidance, day activities, and collaboration with external care partners.
What you will do.
- Guide and support participants in their daily lives
- Work on developing greater self-reliance
- Identify participants' needs and discuss them with colleagues
- (Co-)design and implement treatment plans
- Provide support and guidance for daily activities
- Organize and stimulate (re)creative and household activities
- Promote a safe, structured, and homely environment
- Work systematically
- Contribute to the optimization of services by actively participating in discussions
Profile
- Completed MBO level 4 education in a relevant field (Social work)
- Knowledge and experience with social systems and societal problems
- Good social skills for guiding people with specific problems
- Problem-solving ability and a proactive attitude
- Oral and written skills for preparing reports
- You are a Christian and can explain what this means to you
