What you will do.
- Organize training courses and webinars from A to Z, from planning and practical preparation to communication and follow-up.
- Contribute to the content and development of training courses, webinars, and e-learnings and, where possible, deliver them yourself.
- Organize various events and activities, such as info sessions, after-work gatherings, and team-building events.
- Closely monitor developments within the nursing sector and relevant regulations.
- Translate new regulations and important changes into clear and practical information for clients and colleagues.
- Actively contribute ideas on how to further improve and expand the offering of training courses and events.
- Take responsibility for your department and ensure smooth and professional follow-up of the various projects.
Profile
- Nursing diploma.
- Available as a self-employed professional.
- Interest in training, events, and regulations within the healthcare sector.
- Strong organizational skills and enjoys managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Enjoys working independently, takes initiative, and dares to take responsibility.
- Can convey information clearly and understandably.
- Strong communication skills and enjoys collaborating with colleagues, external trainers, and partners.
- Curious and finds it important to stay informed about what is happening in the sector.

Desired skills.
- Experience in home nursing.
- Experience in giving or organizing training courses, webinars, or workshops.
- Experience in organizing events.
- Knowledge of nomenclature and RIZIV/INAMI regulations.
- Good knowledge of developments within the nursing and home nursing sector.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of Odoo.
- Can start quickly.
