You operate within a national air force organization at a fixed location.
- You are responsible for the daily management and projects of the organization's real estate and infrastructure.
- You are the first point of contact for (urgent) malfunctions affecting flight operations and initiate actions to resolve them as quickly as possible.
- You act as the connecting link between a public real estate manager and the users of the location, contributing ideas on infrastructural challenges.
- You support the department by performing administrative tasks and handling process requests.
- You are given the space and responsibility to plan and execute a significant part of your work independently.
What they ask
- Minimum of an MBO-4 or HBO degree (preferably in Architecture or Civil Engineering).
- Affinity with technical work.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong communication skills and solution-oriented thinking.
- Ability to organize well, think analytically, and remain effective and focused even in stressful situations.
- Proficiency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
Practical
- A mandatory security screening and reference check (upon request) are part of the selection procedure.
- You must take the oath or promise for civilian employees of the organization.
- You must have Dutch nationality.
