Restaurant Manager

A hospitality organization is looking for a Restaurant Manager with a passion for hospitality and an entrepreneurial mindset. You are ultimately responsible for the restaurant and radiate this to the entire team. You ensure a memorable experience before, during, and after service and are the central point of contact for the entire team.

• You are responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the restaurant, including orders, deliveries, stock management, administration, and inventory.
• You ensure safety and hygiene, respect legislation, and enforce internal procedures in this regard.
• You understand P&L, mystery guest reports, fast checks, hygiene reports, KPIs, productivity, payroll, and reporting, and are committed to continuous improvement.
