Are you a basic doctor looking to discover what occupational medicine has to offer? For an occupational health service, we are looking for an ANIOS who wants to develop within a field where health, work, and personal circumstances come together. As an ANIOS, you look beyond just the medical complaint. You discuss with employees what is going on, investigate the influence of their health on work, and think along about recovery, return to work, and prevention.
You will have extensive contact with various people and work closely with professionals from diverse disciplines. A great opportunity to discover another part of medicine and to further develop yourself towards occupational medicine.
What you will do.
- Conduct medical consultations and discussions with employees
- Map complaints, workload capacity, and their influence on work
- Guide reintegration and return to work
- Advise on employability and appropriate next steps
- Consult with employers and other involved professionals
- Identify risks of long-term absenteeism
- Contribute to thinking about prevention and sustainable employability
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
Profile
You are a basic doctor curious about the relationship between health and work. Experience in occupational medicine is not necessary.
- A completed medical degree and a valid BIG registration, or you will complete your training soon
- A B driving license
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages
- Good communication skills
- An independent and proactive attitude
- Interest in work, prevention, and sustainable employability

You will be directly employed on a permanent contract.
