For a residential care center in a specific region, we are looking for a driven nurse with a heart for the elderly. You enjoy working in an environment where personal attention, respect, and quality are central.
What you will do. As a nurse, you are responsible for providing quality care to residents and actively contributing to their well-being and comfort. Your tasks include:
- Administering medication and nursing care
- Observing the health status of residents and reporting accurately on it
- Setting up and following up on care files
- Collaborating with doctors, care assistants, colleagues, and family members
- Guiding and supporting residents in their daily needs
- Contributing to a safe and high-quality care environment
- Participating in a warm and respectful interaction with residents
What they ask
- You have a Nursing diploma (Bachelor or Graduate Nurse)
- Experience within a residential care center is a plus, but not a requirement
- You have a warm heart for elderly care
- You work accurately, responsibly
- You are strong in communication and enjoy working in a team
- You are flexible and know how to deal with changes professionally
- You always put the resident at the center of your actions
