What you will do.

You will mediate professionals active in healthcare purchasing, healthcare sales, and contract management in healthcare.
You will work closely with a consultant team and further expand your own network.
You will quickly understand the needs of healthcare organizations and effectively assess and advise candidates.
You will focus on both interim candidates and candidates seeking a permanent next step.
You will advise on labor market developments and recruitment issues.
You will expand existing relationships and leverage opportunities within collaborating organizations.
You will participate in and contribute to various training courses and events within the field of healthcare contracting.

Profile

Completed bachelor's or master's degree.
Experience as a Healthcare Purchasing Advisor or Healthcare Sales Advisor.
Experience as a consultant and/or affinity with the recruitment profession.
A proactive, entrepreneurial, and connecting attitude.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
Strong organizational skills, capable of managing various projects and assignments simultaneously.
Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
