This role offers a socially relevant function where you actively contribute to the reintegration of individuals sentenced to community service. You work daily with groups and ensure they perform their tasks safely. It is a challenging and meaningful job, where you help people get back on the right track. You will work in a supportive team.
What you do
- You supervise a group of individuals sentenced to community service.
- You maintain a good atmosphere and ensure clear rules.
- You check the work performed and intervene where necessary.
- You are a listening ear, but also clear when boundaries are crossed.
- You motivate individuals to look back on their day with a sense of accomplishment.
- The activities mainly take place within indoor projects, but sometimes also outdoors.
- The composition of the group of individuals may vary daily.
Profile
- You are social and have a sense of humor, but also know when to be serious.
- You quickly identify who needs extra attention and who tries to avoid tasks.
- You combine roles as a coach, group leader, and enforcer.
What they ask
- An MBO 4 diploma or demonstrable MBO 4 working and thinking level (via e-assessment).
- Flexibility.
- Driving license B.
Practical
- A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is part of the selection procedure.
- An assessment may be part of the procedure.
