Within a water board organization, there is an urgent need for an experienced Technical Manager. The role focuses on all renovations in rural areas. You will be responsible for the technical part of several IPM projects dealing with renovations of various locks and, among other things, polder pumping stations. You will work closely with specialists from the technical team and the project team.
What you will do.
- Ultimately responsible for guiding technical advisors and specialists and for technical and substantive input into projects
- Providing project specifications and having basic principle notes and system specifications drawn up
- Collaborating with contractors (engineering firms and construction companies) in all phases to realize the necessary products
- Ensuring that the various interests are properly identified so that all parties can work together effectively
- Active participation in a technical management team for knowledge sharing and product development
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Manager
- Minimum 1 year of experience at a water board organization
