A government organization is looking for an experienced interim Team Manager Backoffice Social Domain. The assignment focuses on ensuring the continuity of the team, further strengthening collaboration between the different teams within the social domain, and realizing improvements in work processes, digitalization, and service delivery. The interim team manager leads the team and actively contributes to the further development of the social domain.
The team consists of approximately 22 employees and provides administrative and financial support for the execution within the social domain. Additionally, the team monitors the execution of various legal tasks.

What they ask
- Minimum of a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree
- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience as an integral manager
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a manager within a municipal or other political-administrative organization
- Demonstrable experience with organizational development and change projects, clearly evident from the CV
- Agreement with the stated secondment conditions
Preferences.
- Demonstrable experience as a team manager within the social domain of a government organization
- Experience with process optimization, digitalization, and efficiency improvement of administrative processes
- Experience in managing teams of at least 15 employees
- Demonstrable experience as a team manager of a back office within the social domain of a government organization
