Contribute to building a new hospitality concept in the center of a major city.
- Play an important role in the further development of the concept as the right hand of the Hospitality Manager.

What you do
- Coordination of daily operations.
- Motivating and managing the team.
- Actively participating in operations.
- Creating staff schedules.
- Ensuring quality and guest experience.
- Placing orders and managing inventory.
- Supervising safety and hygiene.
- Consulting with the hospitality manager regarding results and process improvements.

- Practical mindset, sense of responsibility, and understanding of good hospitality.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within hospitality (e.g., floor manager or assistant manager).
- A good grasp of numbers, strong organizational skills, ambitious, and communicative.
- Engaged and solution-oriented.
- Flexible attitude for working evenings and weekends.
- Fluent command of the Dutch language.
