HR Consultant

• You make rounds, chat with flexible employees, and ensure new colleagues feel immediately welcome.
• You answer questions about contracts, planning, or leave.
• You are visible and approachable for employees and team leaders.
• You switch effortlessly between Dutch and English in an international work environment.
• You process contracts, keep personnel files up-to-date, and ensure all HR processes run smoothly behind the scenes.
• You maintain an overview of personnel changes and absence registrations.
• You focus on planning, coordinate with team leaders, schedule interviews with new candidates, and ensure adequate staffing.
• In unexpected situations, you react quickly and offer solutions.
• You play an active role in attracting new colleagues, give tours, and answer candidate questions at a logistics organization.
• You deal with critical questions, resistance, and varying expectations, and know how to engage both logistics and production employees in a pleasant manner.

What they ask

• MBO 4 working and thinking level, preferably in HR or a comparable education.
• Good command of both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with onboarding, personnel administration, or contract management is a plus.
• Driving license B and own transport.
• Hands-on mentality, a great sense of responsibility, and the drive to get things done.
