This organizational unit is part of a Shared Service Center that serves various government organizations as clients.

The BICC aims to serve its clients quickly, reliably, and custom-made, and to actively contribute to data-driven work. Services are strengthened in terms of expertise, reliability, scalability, and speed, to enable proactive delivery.
There is close collaboration with sister teams such as Data Science & AI, Robotic Process Automation, and Process Performance Intelligence.
What you will do.
- Analyze and translate complex client questions into practical and innovative BI solutions.
- Design and build ETL scripts, reports, and dashboards that provide users with fast and reliable information.
- Develop a tool-independent end-to-end platform with multiple front-ends and clear visuals in understandable dashboards.
- Create self-service solutions that enable users to work independently with reliable data.
- Unlock data from various systems and ensure clear and accessible presentation.
- Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation.
- Guide and train users for optimal use of dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate closely with teams like Data Science, Robotics Process Automation, and Process Mining for proactive and scalable service delivery.
- Report to the Development team manager.
What they ask
- HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level, for example in Business Informatics, Business Analytics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Demonstrable experience with QlikView, Qlik Sense, and BI tools such as Tableau, Sap Lumira, Power BI.
- Thorough knowledge of ETL processes and SQL.
- Experience with data modeling (dimensional modeling, Data Vault, or relational modeling).
