Team RUN MCO Audiovisual

The RUN Team Lead is responsible for the operational organization of maintaining the operational conditions of an organization's audiovisual services. They coordinate RUN technicians and ensure the follow-up of incidents, maintenance, stocks, warranties, and documentation. The scope includes:

  • 688 standard audiovisual spaces
  • 90 specific audiovisual spaces
  • 52 dynamic display players
  • 14 Apple TVs
  • Multiple sites

What you will do.

  • Lead the MCO team
  • Organize task distribution
  • Monitor SLA compliance
  • Supervise incidents and escalations
  • Organize preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Supervise morning checks
  • Manage changes and updates
  • Monitor patches and upgrades for MTRs
  • Manage warranties and manufacturer RMAs
  • Monitor spare parts stock
  • Supervise CMDB updates
  • Monitor dynamic display equipment
  • Monitor the Apple TV service or its equivalent
  • Organize RUN technical committees
  • Produce monthly reports
  • Lead REX (Return on Experience)
  • Control the quality of the knowledge base
  • Propose process improvements
  • Coordinate with the RUN team in Belgium
  • Contribute to the One Team organization

  • Experience in leading an audiovisual MCO activity
  • Proficiency in N2 audiovisual support
  • Proficiency in incident and problem management
  • Knowledge of MTR environments
  • Knowledge of Teams Admin Center, Intune
  • Knowledge of manufacturer portals
  • Ability to lead preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Ability to manage stocks and replacement equipment
  • Knowledge of IP networks
  • Experience with SLA and KPI reporting
  • Ability to manage a relationship with N3 experts

Profile

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in audiovisual, senior profile
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in team or MCO activity management
  • Technical and operational reference point
  • Strong arbitration and escalation capability
