Application Landscape Project Manager
UtrechtOn site36 hours/week<3months
This project aims to execute the transition of an application landscape to a controlled and reliable status in multiple tranches.
- This includes ensuring application ownership, consistent registration and maintenance in the CMDB, application lifecycle management, establishing governance, training administrators, complying with legal and regulatory frameworks, and transitioning to a hybrid cloud strategy.
- An inventory of approximately 350 applications has been carried out, with relevant application attributes centrally registered.
- an 'application wash street' has been developed to assess whether applications comply with laws and regulations and to determine the best landing zone within the hybrid cloud strategy.
- The policy is SaaS, above PaaS, above IaaS. A part of the application landscape will remain on-premise, a part will become SaaS, and a part will migrate to Azure.
- Applications active on the VDI Horizon workplace need to be transferred to target architecture based on application access via AVD and Liquidware products.
- The transition consists of 5 tracks: Ensuring application lifecycle management (ALM), application administration, manageability and cost efficiency, compliance with Laws & Regulations (AVG/WPG/AI-Act, BIO2/Cbw & Archiefwet), and applications conforming to target architecture (hybrid Cloud).
