Real Estate Project Coordinator

Work on a large-scale real estate project and help further professionalize a department within a social organization.
- Introduce structure, keep various real estate projects moving, and connect colleagues and external parties.
- The organization faces a significant real estate challenge, ranging from partial demolition and new construction to complete new construction.
- There is a need for more structure, overview, and a project-based way of working within the department.
- Ensure responsibilities are clear, agreements are met, and projects actually progress.
- The strength lies in organizing, structuring, and managing projects, not necessarily in in-depth real estate specialization.
- Possess sufficient technical knowledge to understand offers, schedules, and real estate issues, and be a strong discussion partner.
- Goal: within approximately twelve months, a real estate department with well-organized projects, processes, and transferable working methods.
What you will do.
- Coordinate and monitor multiple real estate projects.
- Implement a clear project structure from initiation to completion.
- Monitor planning, deadlines, budgets, risks, and actions.
- Ensure agreements and responsibilities are clearly documented.
- Address colleagues and external parties regarding agreements made.
- Further develop and implement systematic and project-based working.
- Develop clear and transferable processes and working methods.
- Monitor the deployment and results of external advisors.
- Act as a discussion partner for contractors, suppliers, and advisors.
- Assess and understand technical and financial information.
- Guide colleagues towards a forward-looking and project-based way of working.
- Mentor a colleague who can develop into a coordinating role.

- Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
