An organization is looking for a Task Delegation Case Manager who takes charge of absenteeism files and contributes to sustainable reintegration. In this role, you guide absenteeism processes from A to Z and work under the task delegation of the company doctor. You combine your knowledge of absenteeism with an advisory role, helping both employees and employers take appropriate steps towards resuming work.
What you do
- You manage your own caseload and monitor progress and legal deadlines.
- You conduct discussions with employees about their capacity and reintegration possibilities.
- You advise employers and contribute ideas for appropriate solutions and interventions.
- You conduct three-way discussions with employers and employees to promote return to work.
- You identify bottlenecks and formulate advice aimed at sustainable employability.
- You initiate additional interventions where necessary, such as an occupational health assessment or a second-track reintegration process.
What they ask
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level.
- Approximately 2 to 4 years of experience as a case manager, absenteeism advisor, or absenteeism coordinator.
- Knowledge of the Dutch Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet verbetering poortwachter).
- Affinity with medical issues; experience with task delegation is a plus.
- You are a strong communicator, results-oriented, and able to balance various interests well.
- You can work independently, maintain an overview, and dare to advise, both solicited and unsolicited.
