An organization active in energy and infrastructure services is looking for a Data Center Quality Manager to optimize and document its operational procedures. You will join a team dedicated to the management and continuous improvement of data center infrastructures. Your mission is to structure, document, and validate operational processes to ensure the quality, compliance, and performance of the installations.
Your responsibilities.
- Audit and analyze existing data center operational procedures
- Document and formalize critical procedures according to applicable ISO standards
- Develop quality standards and operational guides
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate processes
- Ensure traceability and evolution of documentation
- Identify areas for improvement and propose optimizations
- Train and raise awareness among teams regarding new operational procedures
What they are looking for.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality, operational documentation, or process management, ideally in a technical or data center environment
- Expertise in drafting procedures and operational methods
- Proficiency in ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, or similar)
- Knowledge of technical infrastructures and data centers
- Experience with documentation and content management tools
- Technical English (documentation, international standards)
Profile
- Experience in continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
- Knowledge of IT security and compliance concepts is a plus
- Experience in transformation project management is a plus
- Organized, methodical
- Ability to communicate with different technical levels
- Excellent command of written French
- High adaptability
- Proactive and detail-oriented
