What you will do.
- Fulfill an important role within the multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Involved in diagnostics, indication setting, and treatment of clients with diverse and often complex psychological problems.
- Look beyond the complaints alone and focus on the person behind the request for help.
- Co-responsible for the quality and content of care as a primary therapist and treatment coordinator.
- Develop treatment policy.
- Monitor the progress of treatment trajectories.
- Work closely with colleagues from various disciplines to realize appropriate and effective care.
- Encourage clients to take control of their own process from a recovery-oriented vision.
- Help clients optimally utilize their capabilities.
- Actively contribute to team development.
- Guide colleagues with a coaching and connecting style.
