Disability Care Supervisor

As a supervisor, you support clients in their daily lives. You provide structure, offer guidance, and assist with care where necessary. Your workday is varied and practical:

• You start, for example, with a pleasant coffee moment with clients;
• You provide support with ADL care where necessary (sometimes taking over, sometimes guiding);
• You undertake activities such as walking, grocery shopping, or playing games;
• You create peace, clarity, and a pleasant atmosphere in the home;
• You maintain contact with family/relatives and keep them involved.

You constantly assess: what does this client need right now?

• You have a care diploma (mbo 3, mbo 4 or hbo) or you want to enter/learn in healthcare;
• You are available for varying shifts (07:00 – 22:30);
• You are involved, positive, and clear;
• You have an eye for clients and their loved ones;
• You enjoy working in a small team where you do things together.

The location is a small-scale residential facility with two homes and a total of eight clients. The age of clients ranges from 30 to 80 years. The gardens are connected, which facilitates togetherness and collaboration. There are no large groups or hectic situations, but a calm and home-like atmosphere. You work in a close-knit team of eight colleagues, together with the housekeeping service and service coordinator. In addition to your direct colleagues, you work with a primary therapist and care manager.

Communication lines are short and the atmosphere is open.
