For a client organization, we are looking for a Business Controller to strengthen the Finance team and support the monitoring of financial performance.
What you do
You will work on various topics related to management control and financial analysis, with a particular focus on margins, costs, and inventories. Your tasks will include:
- Analyzing margins, cost prices, and inventory valuation
- Participating in closings, reporting, budgets
- Analyzing variances and identifying factors impacting performance
- Producing and developing reporting and steering tools
- Collaborating with Finance and operational teams to transform data into concrete recommendations
- Understanding accounting mechanisms and their impact on the company's results
- Participating in various projects to improve financial processes and tools
Profile
- You have 5 to 7 years of experience in financial controlling
- You have solid knowledge of accounting and understand the impact of entries on results
- You master Excel and have a good knowledge of Power BI
- You are analytical, rigorous, and comfortable with large volumes of data
- You like to understand figures, identify variances, and go beyond simple reporting
- Experience in an industrial/production environment is a plus
