- Experience: Confirmed practical experience in personnel management, allowing you to perform tasks with ease.
- Languages: Proficiency in French and German to easily operate in a bilingual environment.
- Tools: Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
- Personal assets: Discretion, reliability, rigor, and a constant willingness to learn.
