- Help them with questions about structural safety, architectural restoration, and installation technology.
- Refer first-time buyers from a regional network to the right expert partners.
- Provide masterclasses on making homes more sustainable and renovating them.
Profile
As a construction coach, you are the point of contact for first-time buyers who want to renovate and/or make their first fixer-upper home more sustainable. With your advice, you help them choose and implement appropriate, future-proof measures.
What they ask
- Relevant recent work experience in construction/installation technology.
- Minimum MBO level with a construction and installation technology background.
- Possession of a B driving license and own transport.
Preferences.
- Knowledge of permit requirements for renovations and subsidies for first-time home buyers.
- Strong social skills and empathy.
- Flexible availability, including occasional evening work.
- Affinity with the Frisian language and a positive attitude towards multilingualism.
