Coordinator Special Tasks Manager
Due to the need for temporary reinforcement within the Social Domain, additional capacity is required for the coordination of the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT), Team 18, and the Special Tasks Managers. This deployment is necessary to ensure the continuity and quality of daily activities and complex case management, while also contributing to the further development and safeguarding of the working methods of these components.
What you will do.
- Daily coordination of the activities of the MDT, Team 18, and the Special Tasks Managers
- Leading, coaching, and guiding the Special Tasks Managers
- Content and process-oriented coordination of the MDT and Team 18
- Organizing and chairing complex case meetings
- Coordinating triage, prioritization, and deployment in complex and urgent cases
- Monitoring progress, quality, decision-making, and file management
- Aligning with involved professionals, team managers, policy advisors, and chain partners
- Ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and working agreements
- Identifying bottlenecks and risks and contributing to improvements in processes and collaboration
- Contributing to the improvement, documentation, and safeguarding of work processes
- Contributing to the further development and positioning of the MDT, Team 18, and the Special Tasks Managers

What they ask
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 8 years in a coordinating and/or managerial position within the social domain of a public organization
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience with coordinating multidisciplinary collaboration within the social domain, involving cooperation with various internal disciplines and external chain partners
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience with hierarchically managing, coaching, and developing professionals within a public organization
- Demonstrable work experience with developing, improving, implementing, and safeguarding work processes within a municipal or other public organization
- Demonstrable work experience within a political-administrative environment and having advised management, executive board, and/or administration on complex social issues from that role
Preferences.
- Demonstrably having led complex multidisciplinary cases within the social domain in at least one assignment, where multiple legal frameworks, internal disciplines, external chain partners, and organizational interests converged
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience with hierarchically managing, coaching, and developing professionals within the social domain, including managing quality, prioritization, and professional development
- Demonstrable work experience with organizational development and positioning issues within the social domain, connecting implementation, policy, management
- Demonstrable work experience within a political-administrative environment, involving advising management, executive board, and/or administration on complex and/or politically sensitive social issues
- Demonstrably having played a leading role in developing, improving, and safeguarding work processes, process agreements, governance, and responsibility distribution within a public organization
