Security Project Manager

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of ICT security projects, ensuring alignment with program timelines, budget, quality standards, and risk management requirements.
• Manage project planning, dependencies, reporting, and stakeholder communication across technical and business teams.
• Coordinate the implementation of multiple cybersecurity initiatives and ensure successful transition into operational service.
• Oversee the collection, validation, and consolidation of project documentation, compliance evidence, and audit-related deliverables.
• Drive change management activities, communication plans, and user adoption strategies.
• Support management and business stakeholders through guidance, facilitation, and strategic recommendations.
• Motivate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

What they ask

• Minimum 8 years of Project Management experience in ICT environments.
• Strong experience managing Security or Cybersecurity projects.
• Proven knowledge in at least three security domains such as:
• Network Security
• Endpoint Security
• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Privileged Access Management (PAM/PIM)
• Central Logging / SIEM
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
• Disaster Recovery (DRP)
• Secure Development
• Threat Modelling
• Database Anonymization
• Experience with project governance, budgeting, KPI tracking, planning (WBS), and dependency management.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIS2, ISO 27001, NIST, DORA or equivalent.
• PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent Project Management certification is a strong asset.
• Strong leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to produce visual reporting and present information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in French or Dutch with good knowledge of the second national language and professional English.
