An organization specializing in youth and family care is looking for a psychotherapist for a multidisciplinary team. The team provides specialized care to young people aged 6 to 23 and their families with complex psychological issues. There is an eye for the person behind the diagnosis and active involvement of the family and network, as recovery always happens together.
You will work in a multidisciplinary team in close collaboration with psychiatrists, (healthcare) psychologists, art therapists, and outpatient counselors, among others. Together, tailor-made treatment is offered, adapted to the needs of the young person and family.
What you do
- Conduct intake interviews as the primary therapist, in close collaboration with other colleagues
- Establish, evaluate, and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Perform psychotherapeutic treatments, in group, systemic, and individual contexts
- Provide work supervision to non-primary therapists
- Contribute to the further specialized development of the treatment offering
Profile
- Completed training as a psychotherapist and BIG registered (healthcare professions register)
- A strong and sensitive colleague, who wants to play a valuable role in treatment and can also support non-primary therapists as a team player
- An integrated view of the dynamic between the individual and the environment and an understanding of the dynamics that can arise in treatment teams working with this target group
- Able to act decisively and powerfully and express your opinion
- Capable of offering various treatments, including CBT, schema therapy
Practical
- A positive Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required
- Reference checks and diploma verification are part of the application procedure
