Planning Assistant military training

As a Planning Assistant, you are an indispensable link within the expertise field of military functional training. You are responsible for the planning, coordination, and realization of training courses for personnel of a defense entity and also support, where necessary, training for reservists and the coast guard. In this role, you translate the annual training needs into a concrete and feasible plan, together with the training coordinators.

What you will do.

• Process training requests and timely reserve necessary training and course places at both internal schools and external training centers of other defense components.
• Maintain close contact with demanders, training coordinators, schools, and other stakeholders to effectively align supply and demand.
• Contribute to efficient planning and successful execution of training courses.
• Play an important role in financial monitoring by providing data for the budget and coordinating it with the Senior Planning Assistant.
• Utilize historical data and realization figures for budget monitoring.
• Analyze realization data quarterly to monitor budgets and identify deviations in a timely manner.
• Collaborate closely with fellow planners within the expertise fields of civilian and foreign functional training to ensure continuity and mutual support.
