For a production company in the chemical sector, an experienced freelance HR Compliance Specialist is sought to further professionalize the HR management system and make it audit-proof.
What you will do.
- Ensure that HR processes for operational and safety-critical functions comply with applicable compliance and audit requirements
- Work on competency management, training management, job descriptions, onboarding, and audit documentation
- Conduct MOC impact analyses for employees and the organization
- Develop and improve HR procedures and processes
- Update HR documentation
Profile
- Experience with HR compliance in an industrial/chemical environment
- Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
- Knowledge of SEVESO and associated inspection requirements is a strong plus
- Scope includes functions within Production, Supply Chain, Quality Control, Maintenance
