A humanitarian organization is looking for enthusiastic Location Coordinators Volunteer Management who want to contribute to the well-being and involvement of our volunteers.
What you will do.
- You are the connecting link between the volunteers and the organization
- You ensure that volunteers feel welcome, valued
- Guide volunteers through all phases of their volunteer journey: onboarding, learning and development, retention and engagement
- Identify bottlenecks and discuss them
- Maintain contact with local volunteer platforms
- Organize activities for volunteers
- Oversee privacy and GDPR compliance
- Collaborate with fellow location coordinators, participate in meetings and working groups
Profile

- You have good computer skills and quickly learn new systems
- You are a true connector who knows how to motivate and engage volunteers
- You take initiative and dare to make decisions
- You are honest, reliable, and have strong communication skills
- You think in solutions and can plan and organize well
- You are flexibly deployable (occasionally in the evenings)
