For an industrial organization, we are looking for a Maintenance Work Preparer. You will support the technical department in the preparation, planning, and follow-up of preventive and corrective maintenance work. You ensure that technicians can start immediately because work orders, parts, materials, and technical information are prepared in advance.
What you do
- Prepare maintenance work and repairs
- Check and complete work orders
- Order and follow up on technical parts
- Prepare parts, tools
- Check if all necessary components are available on time
- Follow up on actions resulting from maintenance work
- Plan additional repairs
- Set up and follow up on technician planning
- Coordinate maintenance work with production planning
- Update technical maintenance documentation
- Perform and follow up on quality controls
- Contribute to the development and adjustment of an annual maintenance calendar
- Register and follow up on information in SAP
What they ask
- Experience as a work preparer, maintenance planner, or in a similar technical role
- Basic technical insight into bearings, timing belts, and mechanical components, among others
- Strong in planning, organization, and administrative follow-up
- Experience in SAP is a plus
- You communicate smoothly with technicians, warehouse staff, and production planning
- You speak Dutch and can express yourself well orally in French
- Experience within an industrial production or maintenance environment

- Operational role with impact on the technical maintenance organization
- Close collaboration with maintenance, production planning, and the technical warehouse
