You will develop SQL solutions for automated signal steering within a social domain application. This includes aligning definitions with the organization, testing and deploying solutions, documentation, and reporting. The client is an ICT organization that supports municipal organizations with ICT management and functional management of application landscapes. The focus is on further developing signal steering via SQL, beyond the standard configuration possibilities of the application.
What you do
- Discuss conditions and definitions of signals with the client.
- Independently develop and test automated solutions.
- Report on the built solution and discuss its output.
- Ensure the automated solution goes live after approval.
- Provide sufficient documentation and a manual.
Scope of the assignment.
- Responsible for the end result, not for internal processes or line activities.
- Not part of the civil service organization.
- No hierarchical management.
- Does not participate in regular internal meetings, unless necessary to achieve the agreed result.
- Has no personnel responsibility.
- Is not responsible for internal decision-making.
Working method and independence.
- Independently determines the approach, planning, and location of the work.
- Can be replaced, after prior notification, by an equally qualified professional.
- Uses own resources.
What they ask
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable recent experience (from 2023) in automated, SQL-based signal steering within the Suite4SociaalDomein application.
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable in-depth knowledge, related to this assignment, of the Suite4SociaalDomein application.
- Minimum 10 years of demonstrable relevant work experience (ICT related) at a municipal or other government organization.
- Demonstrable proficiency in the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
- A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required for the execution of the assignment.
Preferences.
- Candidate meets KO criteria (100 points).
