You will work closely with a fellow team leader, dividing tasks based on each person's specific competencies and talents.

What you will do.

Coordinate and manage daily operations, in collaboration with the management team and under the direction of the director.
Be the first point of contact for colleagues and network partners.
Take the lead when the situation requires it.
(Co-)develop school policy.
Advise on school matters.
Prepare and facilitate meetings.

Experience with and insight into collaboration within a management team.

A Master SEN and the basic school leader training are a plus.
Preferably, knowledge of special education (SO and VSO) and experience as a leader.

Salary classification in scale 12 according to the primary education collective labor agreement.
